Meet Our Founder

Herb Henry

My name is Herb Henry. In 1991, at the age of 18, I was shot and confined to a wheelchair. As I gathered strength from family and friends, I learned that balance is the key. Oxygen, movement, proper nutrition, hydration, and sunlight are essential to thriving.

Our plan is to provide a space for the community to invest in their health and wellness—a facility that accommodates people of all abilities and helps them become the best version of themselves through sports, nourishment, and education.

  • Our mission is to be a beacon of light with a variety of those in need

  • We are born from resilience, we empower people of all abilities through balance, movement, and purpose.

  • We want to inspire people to invest in themselves through a safe, supportive community that offers healthy competition, nutrition, agriculture, production, and education
